Quick and Tender Beef Delight
Ingredients:
- 500g (1 pound) Beef
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Green bell pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1 large clove garlic (or 2 small cloves)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef:
- Slice the beef thinly and mix with baking soda. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the beef thoroughly and pat it dry.
- Cook the Vegetables:
- Heat butter in a pan and add the sliced onion and bell peppers.
- Sauté until the vegetables are tender, then remove them from the pan.
- Cook the Beef:
- In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the beef, salt, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until the beef is tender.
- Combine and Finish:
- Return the sautéed vegetables to the pan.
- Add balsamic vinegar and chili sauce. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve:
- Serve hot and enjoy the tender, flavorful beef dish!
