Mushroom Garlic Parmesan
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 ounces whole bella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Preparation
- Rinse and clean the mushrooms, then pat them dry.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
