Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
