Honey Garlic Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork spareribs
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the ribs into individual pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic until the honey and sugar are fully dissolved. Stir in the baking soda, which will cause the mixture to foam.
- Add the ribs to the bowl and turn them to ensure they are fully coated with the mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange the ribs meat-side up. Pour any remaining sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, turning the ribs every 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
