Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or any biscuit crumbs of your choice)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional toppings: fresh berries, chocolate chips, or crushed nuts
How to Make
Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie dish or a 9×9-inch square baking pan, forming a compact crust. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Assemble the Dessert
Pour the creamy filling over the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours or until it has firmed up and is easy to slice.
Serve
Before serving, top with fresh berries, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, or a sprinkle of crushed nuts for added flavor and texture.
