Deliciously Easy Potato Gratin
Ingredients:
- 150g cream cheese
- 2 cups prepared tomato sauce
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Thyme (to taste)
- 4 potatoes, boiled and quartered
- 2 slices of ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, tomato sauce, black pepper, and thyme. Mix until well incorporated.
- Spread half of the sauce mixture evenly onto the bottom of a baking dish. Layer boiled potato quarters on top, followed by diced ham, shredded mozzarella, and the remaining sauce mixture. Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the gratin for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
