Delicious Penne Pasta with Meatballs
Ingredients:
For Meatballs:
- 1 kg Ground beef mixture
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Knorrox All-in-one seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
For Pasta:
- 2 cups penne pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- ¼ cup mushrooms
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- ¼ cup green pepper
- 1 grated tomato
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 1 tbsp Knorrox All-in-one seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated cheddar cheese, Knorrox All-in-one seasoning, and olive oil. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
- Cook penne pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
- In a large skillet or frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, green pepper, and crushed garlic. Cook until onions are softened.
- Stir in grated tomato and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in fresh cream and Knorrox All-in-one seasoning. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Gently stir in the cooked penne pasta and meatballs, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese on top and let it melt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
