Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shrimp, crab meat, spinach, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing the top evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve hot with crackers, sliced baguettes, or tortilla chips.
