Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold in the shrimp, crab meat, spinach, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing the top evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with crackers, sliced baguettes, or tortilla chips.
