Big Mac French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices of thick-cut bread
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 2 slices of American cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Big Mac sauce
Instructions:
- Form the ground beef into two equally sized patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet to your preferred level of doneness.
- Cook the bacon and set it aside.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cook the coated bread in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
- If desired, spread Big Mac sauce on the inside of each slice of cooked bread.
- Place a cooked beef patty on each of two slices of the prepared bread.
- Top each patty with a slice of cheese, bacon, and cooked onions.
- Place another slice of cooked French toast on top of each assembly.
For an extra crunchy texture, you can securely wrap and deep-fry the sandwiches.
