Baked Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 12 Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined, Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme Leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Oregano

Preparation:

  1. Preheat broiler to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. Place cooked shrimp in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with canola oil. Cover the bowl and gently shake to coat the shrimp evenly with oil.
  3. In a small bowl with a lid, combine smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme leaves, and ground oregano. Add the spice mixture to the bowl with shrimp.
  4. Cover the bowl and gently shake again until the shrimp are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until heated through. Serve warm with a wedge of lemon.
