Turkey Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 box stuffing mix (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional for extra flavor)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the stuffing mix, water, milk, and egg. Let it sit for a few minutes until the stuffing softens.
  3. Add the ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
  5. If desired, top the meatloaf with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
