Crispy Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare two shallow bowls: one with the beaten eggs and another with the cracker crumbs mixed with garlic salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Dredge the chicken in the crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Distribute the butter pieces evenly on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
