Gourmet Homemade Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened, approximately 5 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Add the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions.
- Serve the cooked spaghetti topped with the sauce. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
