Cheese Pancakes: A Perfect Snack or Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup finely grated cheese (your choice)
  • Chopped green onions or parsley, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or melted butter, if preferred)

  1. Finely grate the cheese and chop the greens. Mince the garlic to have it ready.

Mixing the Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Preparing the Liquid Mixture:

  1. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, mixing until smooth. Add the minced garlic to the egg-milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
