Baked Cajun Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 12 Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined, Cooked
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Thyme Leaves
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Oregano
Preparation:
- Preheat broiler to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Place cooked shrimp in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with canola oil. Cover the bowl and gently shake to coat the shrimp evenly with oil.
- In a small bowl with a lid, combine smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme leaves, and ground oregano. Add the spice mixture to the bowl with shrimp.
- Cover the bowl and gently shake again until the shrimp are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until heated through. Serve warm with a wedge of lemon.
