Ultimate Steak Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic

Marinate the Steak:
- Thinly slice the flank steak across the grain.
- In a bowl, combine the steak slices with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- Let the mixture marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup soy sauce, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, ginger, and minced garlic.
- Set the sauce aside.

Cook the Steak:
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Cook the steak slices in batches if necessary, frying each side for about 2 minutes to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan.

- In the same pan, add the bell peppers, onions, carrots, and broccoli florets.
