Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilies with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho cheese sauce. Mix well.
  5. Lay the four tortillas flat on the counter.
  6. Spread a layer of the Nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  7. Add the meat mixture, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos on top of the cheese mixture.
  8. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up like burritos.
  9. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat.
  10. Place the wraps in the skillet and toast them until crispy on both sides.
  11. Serve immediately, garnished with your favorite toppings.
