Orange Cream Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 packet Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 1/3 cups cold milk
- 1/3 cup concentrated orange juice
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipping cream
- 1 cup cubed mandarin oranges
- 1 1/3 cups crushed pineapple
- 1 1/3 cups sliced peaches
- 2 firm bananas, sliced
- ½ cup chopped apple
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cold milk, concentrated orange juice, and vanilla pudding. If the mixture appears too thick, gradually add an additional 1/3 cup of milk.
- Fold in the cubed mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, sliced peaches, and chopped apple until all the fruit is evenly coated with the pudding mixture.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Just before serving, fold in the banana slices to maintain their firm texture.
- Chill for an additional hour.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
