Luxurious Honey Butter Skillet Corn
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a skillet pan, melt the butter and honey over medium-high heat until fully combined.
- Add the frozen corn to the skillet and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is cooked through.
- Incorporate the chunks of cream cheese into the corn mixture, along with salt and pepper. Stir well and continue to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated.

- While gold n’ white corn adds a delightful touch to this dish, any variety of frozen corn will work perfectly. Just ensure it’s the standard 16 oz (1 lb) bag.
