Toss and Cook Meat Stew
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of frozen meat (approximately 36 pieces)
- 24 ounces of pasta sauce
- 4 cups (10 g) of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9×13 cm baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the meatballs, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through and the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let the stew rest for 5 minutes before serving. The stew will thicken slightly as it cools.
- Serve hot with whole wheat bread, salad, or steamed vegetables.
