Toss and Cook Meat Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of frozen meat (approximately 36 pieces)
  • 24 ounces of pasta sauce
  • 4 cups (10 g) of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9×13 cm baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the meatballs, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through and the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the stew rest for 5 minutes before serving. The stew will thicken slightly as it cools.
  6. Serve hot with whole wheat bread, salad, or steamed vegetables.
