Stir-Fried Potatoes with Beef
Ingredients

- Potatoes
- Carrot
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Broth of your choice
- Onion
- Tomato
- Tomato paste
- Thyme
Preparation
- Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and boil them for 5 minutes. Drain the water and set the potatoes aside.
- Prepare the Carrots: Peel and cut the carrots into pieces.
- Cook the Beef: Boil the beef with spices of your choice until the water evaporates.
- Sauté the Onions and Tomatoes: Chop the onions and tomatoes, then fry them until the liquid evaporates and only oil remains. Add tomato paste, garlic, and parsley, and fry for another minute.
- Combine Ingredients: Add a liter of water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the potatoes and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season: Season with salt or a bouillon cube. Finally, add thyme and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Serve: The dish is ready to serve. It can be enjoyed with bread.
