Stir-Fried Potatoes with Beef

Ingredients

  • Beef
  • Potatoes
  • Carrot
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Broth of your choice
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Tomato paste
  • Thyme

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and boil them for 5 minutes. Drain the water and set the potatoes aside.
  2. Prepare the Carrots: Peel and cut the carrots into pieces.
  3. Cook the Beef: Boil the beef with spices of your choice until the water evaporates.
  4. Sauté the Onions and Tomatoes: Chop the onions and tomatoes, then fry them until the liquid evaporates and only oil remains. Add tomato paste, garlic, and parsley, and fry for another minute.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add a liter of water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the potatoes and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Season: Season with salt or a bouillon cube. Finally, add thyme and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve: The dish is ready to serve. It can be enjoyed with bread.
