Quick and Tender Beef Delight

Ingredients:

  • 500g (1 pound) Beef
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 Green bell pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 large clove garlic (or 2 small cloves)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
    • Slice the beef thinly and mix with baking soda. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
    • Rinse the beef thoroughly and pat it dry.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:
    • Heat butter in a pan and add the sliced onion and bell peppers.
    • Sauté until the vegetables are tender, then remove them from the pan.
  3. Cook the Beef:
    • In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant.
    • Add the beef, salt, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until the beef is tender.
  4. Combine and Finish:
    • Return the sautéed vegetables to the pan.
    • Add balsamic vinegar and chili sauce. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve hot and enjoy the tender, flavorful beef dish!
